Atlas V launches Starliner Crew Flight Test

Atlas V launches astronauts for the first time on the inaugural crewed flight of Boeing's Starliner spacecraft. NASA astronauts Barry Wilmore and Sunita Williams headed for what was supposed to be a short-duration stay onboard the International Space Station. However, they wound up staying onboard into 2025 due to issues with the spacecraft. Starliner returned to Earth uncrewed three months after it was launched.
