An all solid fueled Minotaur IV rocket, 78 feet tall and the first Minotaur to launch from Cape Canaveral, lifts off with ORS-5
SensorSat for the US Air Force. It was the first use of Complex 46 at the tip of Cape Canaveral since January 1999 (and just the
third space launch from the complex overall). It marks the fourth launch site for Orbital-ATK's Minotaur rocket family which has
launched primarily from Vandenberg AFB, CA, and Wallops Island, VA as well as Kodiak Island, Alaska. (Photos: Orbital ATK/Northrop Grumman)
