Last Atlas III launches NROL-23 in final Complex 36 launch

Rising out of a thick, invisible layer of ground fog, an Atlas III rocket lofts a classified payload for the National Reconnaissance Office in the final launch from
Complex 36. The vehicle made a dogleg maneuver as it headed northeast up the US coast.
