Artemis III Crew Launches to Moon Aboard SLS

The third Space Launch System (SLS) rocket is scheduled to send the Artemis III crew to the moon as early as late 2025.

Photos below show the arrival at Cape Canaveral of the United Launch Alliance-built Interim Cryogenic Propulsion Stage, the upper stage of the SLS rocket that will put the Orion capsule and its astronauts in orbit around the Earth, and then propel them out of Earth orbit to the moon.
