First Vulcan rocket launches Peregrine lunar lander

The inagural launch of United Launch Alliance Vulcan rocket was flawless and marked the first fully successful orbital launch of a methane-fueled rocket from the U.S. The rocket sent Astrobotic's Peregrine commercial lunar lander on its way to the moon. Unfortunately the lander, which was slated to be the first U.S. lander since Apollo and first commercial lander, suffered an issue during transit between Earth and its destination.
